This application brings together about fifty themes (self-confidence, motivation, decision-making, etc.) that you listen to along a route marked with QR codes while walking in the city, in the countryside, by the sea…
The host community makes the courses available to residents and tourists. Parcours Parenthèse accompanies individuals in their reflection to improve their well-being while practicing a physical activity. The user chooses a theme among those proposed to walk, reflect and learn on the marked out course.
