After an overview of the mechanisms of the pharmacy and the problems encountered by the pharmacist and the patient, YouCie has designed a solution that will initially allow the pharmacist to optimise his or her time so that he or she can focus on his or her core business, associated advice. This is made possible by the new YouCie interface, which is available from the pharmacist’s business software, directly connected to it and linked to the patient’s mobile application.
Secondly, this interface is an opportunity for all pharmacies to develop their offer (click and collect, home delivery, real time opening hours, etc.) and to respond to several public health issues such as equal access to healthcare, securing the healthcare pathway and medicines, misuse and self-medication, and finally, the recycling of medicines.
