After two editions in Nantes, Bioregate Forum, the European Regenerative Medicine Forum, took on a European dimension. It was in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, that the highlight of the 4R Medicine professionals took place for “Repair, Replace, Regeneration and Reprogramming”.
For 2.5 days, the event brought together 110 participants (companies, academics and health professionals) including 35 speakers from 9 different countries.
The presence of renowned scientists and the opportunity for thesis students and post-doctoral students to take the floor made it an essential conference. A time of exchange that allows to update on the latest scientific, technological, clinical and commercial advances in the field of cell therapy and gene therapy, stem cells, biomaterials and tissue engineering. This forum is a unique and friendly opportunity to meet and initiate new collaborations between academics and industrialists.
In addition to the traditional prizes for the best poster and the best oral presentation awarded by the scientific committee of the Bioregate Forum, this edition has innovated with the organization of a pitch competition for doctoral students. The best pitch was chosen by the audience via a Wooclap vote.
